A new advertisement for a French perfume brand appeared on the LED screens covering the façade and apse of Rome’s Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. This prompted a group of residents and worshippers from the Monti district to send a protest letter to Cardinal Rolandas Makrickas, criticising what they described as the “commercialisation” of the historic basilica. The screens were installed during restoration works that began in late 2024. Back then, Vatican officials said the advertising revenue helps cover renovation costs ahead of the Jubilee.
It took Russia to bring help to them. France came, looked around and left. They asked Russia for help and President Putin not only sent them weapons and aid but men to teach them how to defend themselves. Where was the rest of the world? Looking the other way and laughing at them. That's a fact that those in Africa still talk about today! And why many countries raise Russian flags on stores and homes and roadways. Not just one African nation but many. Ask Russia for help and she will be there, no matter who you are. facts speak for themselves!

Monasteries and spiritual centers in Spain are increasingly hosting yoga congresses and New Age-inspired events. The latest controversy emerged at the Castle of Javier in Navarra - the birthplace of St. Francis Xavier and a Jesuit-run spiritual center. It hosted the XII Iberian Yoga Congress organized by the Spanish Yoga Federation (FEYS) from May 1–3. Around 250 participants attended workshops featuring mantra concerts, Eastern spirituality, meditation, and yoga practices. Images show participants meditating before Jesus Christ placed alongside figures of Buddha and Krishna. Activities reportedly included sessions titled “Awakening of the Soul,” “Essene Mantras,” and “108 Sun Salutations.” According to InfoVaticana, similar gatherings have also been held at Catholic properties such as the Marist monastery of Las Avellanas, the Franciscan sanctuary of Aránzazu, and the Teresian-Sanjuanist International Center in Ávila. At the same time, Spain continues to experience a sharp decline …بیشتر
Mark 16: 15-18; Jesus said to the Disciples: “Go out to the whole world ; proclaim the Good News to all creation. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; he who does not believe will be condemned. These are the SIGNS that will be associated with believers : in my Name they will cast out devils; they will have the gift of tongues; they will pick up snakes in their hands, and be unharmed if they drink poison; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be healed."

Saint Jozef Damien De Veuster - May 10 Priest (1840-1889) St. Jozef Damien De Veuster, ss.cc, was born in Tremelo, Belgium, on January 3, 1840. He began his novitiate with the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary ("Picpus Fathers") in 1859. He took the name Damien and prayed daily before a picture of St. Francis Xavier to be sent on a mission. In 1863, his brother, who was leaving for a mission in the Hawaiian Islands, fell ill. Preparations for the voyage had already been made, so Damien obtained permission from the Superior General to take his brother's place. He arrived in Honolulu on March 19, 1864. The following May 21, he was ordained a priest. At the time, the Hawaiian Government quarantined everyone infected with leprosy in the neighboring island of Molokai. The missionaries were concerned about the abandoned lepers, so Bishop Louis Maigret, a Picpus father, sent priests. He did not send anyone in the name of obedience because the assignment was a potential death …بیشتر

Vatican Sponsors Subversion of the Faith: The report of the Synod’s study group number 9 attempts to dismiss Catholic teaching on the inherent immorality of homosexual acts "by stigmatizing that teaching as the expression of an obsolete ‘paradigm’ that no longer can be relied upon to communicate God’s will to His people," wrote Rev. Gerald Murray in TheCatholicThing.org: "This Vatican-sponsored destructive subversion must come to an end now."

Rev Gerd Neumeier of the Archdiocese of Bamberg has justified his “Star Wars” service held on April 18 talking to Katholisch.de on May 3. Neumeier emphasized that it was not a Eucharist, but a Liturgy of the Word. The Church’s liturgy is “diverse”, he said: “When people hear the word ‘church service,’ most associate it with the same Mass over and over again, especially in connection with a priest.” The event began with a lightsaber duel between Darth Vader and a Jedi knight. This was followed by the Kyrie, a first reading, Psalm 27, the Hallelujah, and the Gospel account of the temptations of Jesus. According to Neumeier, Star Wars, with its themes of good and evil, light and darkness, is a perfect bridge to an encounter with God. Neumeier announced that the format would be repeated: “Because the first one was received so well, we believe we are moving in a good and sustainable direction.” The Star Wars service is part of the “bookable church services” project of the youth office …بیشتر
The Blessed Virgin Mary, Restoration of Edenic Motherhood Modern Christianity often speaks of the marriage bed as though it were pure, uncomplicated delight—an unmixed gift, innocent in itself, and untouched by the catastrophe of the Fall. That is a sentimental error. Perrenial Tradition is far more severe and far more realistic: marriage is good, but the marriage bed of fallen man is not Edenic innocence. It is generation after the Fall, marked by concupiscence, bodily loss, and the need for moral order. To call every aspect of the marriage bed “beautiful” in the same sense that creation itself is beautiful is to flatten the doctrine of original sin. It is to forget that humanity now begets children in a wounded condition, under the shadow of mortality. Tradition never denies that marriage is lawful and honorable. What it denies is the modern fantasy that fallen desire is pure simply because it occurs inside a marriage bed. Marriage goods regulate and excuse what is otherwise disordered …بیشتر
Revelations to St. Britget of Sweden, 1 book, 26 chapter ... Those who unite with divine love and fear for the sake of procreation and to raise children for the honor of God are my spiritual temple where I wish to dwell as the third with them. But people in this age are joined in marriage for seven reasons: First, because of facial beauty. Second, because of wealth. Third, because of the despicable pleasure and indecent joy they get out of their impure intercourse. Fourth, because of feasts with friends and uncontrolled gluttony. Fifth, because of vanity in clothing and eating, in joking and entertainment and games and other vanities. Sixth, for the sake of procreating children but not to raise them for the honor of God or good works but for worldly riches and honor. Seventh, they come together for the sake of lust and they are like brute beasts in their lustful desires. They come to the doors of my church with one mind and consent, but all their desires and inner thoughts are completely …بیشتر
Synod Report Is a Subversive Attempt to Overthrow Catholic Morality: Speaking to EWTN, Rev Gerald Murray blasted the Vatican’s Synod Study Group number 9 report as “horrific,” calling it “a subversive attempt to overthrow Catholic morality on the question of homosexuality.” He warned that “the Synod office is now just another public relations arm of that pressure group,” before adding: “They’re setting out to normalize homosexuality in the life of the church.” Rev Murray also said: “If God made you a homosexual, then how could He stop you from exercising your homosexuality by engaging in homosexual acts, namely, sodomy?”
Fr. Gerald E. Murray on EWTN: "And the document, the report of study group number nine is horrific. I'll say that quite clearly. I've read that document. I find it to be a subversive attempt to overthrow Catholic morality on the question of homosexuality. And this is a really, really crucial moment for the church because. The program of subversion in plain sight of Catholic teaching on the immoral nature of homosexual activity and the disordered nature of the homosexual inclination, this is a number one target for some people in the church. And sad to say, the Synod office is now just another public relations arm of that pressure group."
Cardinal Bernardin, Arch Bishop Weakland . McCarrick ....etc been promoting homosexuals during the great JPII give me a break like this just happened over night. BXVI in power since 1980s maybe he was homosexual snake

Acts of the Apostles 16,11-15. We set sail from Troas, making a straight run for Samothrace, and on the next day to Neapolis, and from there to Philippi, a leading city in that district of Macedonia and a Roman colony. We spent some time in that city. On the sabbath we went outside the city gate along the river where we thought there would be a place of prayer. We sat and spoke with the women who had gathered there. One of them, a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth, from the city of Thyatira, a worshiper of God, listened, and the Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what Paul was saying. After she and her household had been baptized, she offered us an invitation, "If you consider me a believer in the Lord, come and stay at my home," and she prevailed on us. shareyourcatholicfaith
[Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort; XVII-XVIII Century AD; born: Montfort-sur-Meu, France/died: Saint-Laurent-sur-Sevre, France; (aged 43); Founder; Spiritual Writer] 3. The interior constituents of this consecration and its spirit To Jesus through Mary 43. I have already said that this devotion consists in performing all our actions with Mary, in Mary, through Mary, and for Mary. 44. It is not enough to give ourselves just once as a slave to Jesus through Mary; nor is it enough to renew that consecration once a month or once a week. That alone would make it just a passing devotion and would not raise the soul to the level of holiness which it is capable of reaching. It is easy to enrol in a confraternity; easy to undertake this devotion, and say every day the few vocal prayers prescribed. The chief difficulty is to enter into its spirit, which requires an interior dependence on Mary, and effectively becoming her slave and the slave of Jesus through her. I have met many people who …بیشتر
Allow me to clarify: in nearly twenty years of working for the Church—at the parish and diocesan levels and in an apostolate that has international reach—I have never seen a parish (or diocesan) pastoral plan produce the wide-spread transformative fruit its authors hoped for.
On the Feast of Saint Damien of Molokai: Should the State’s flawed justice be mirrored in the Church? This must be asked and the truth written. But ask as well, “Can a leper priest also serve God?”
