She jumped from the fifth floor, survived but was left paraplegic. She later requested euthanasia, citing depression. Her request was approved by medical authorities in 2024. Her father attempted to save her life by initiating legal proceedings. However, Spain’s Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Human Rights rejected the challenges.
