Agnesy celebroval svoju prvú pontifikálnu omšu podľa misála z roku 1962, čím si pripomenul 20. výročie apoštolátu FSSP v Amsterdame. Tradičná omša sa tu slávi od roku 2006. Kostol sv. Agnes sa v roku 2013 stal osobnou farnosťou sv. Jozefa pre tradičný obrad.
